Parts of a plant - SITE launch!
The children had great fun being scientists, whilst dissecting a lily, to learn about the different parts of flowers. We learnt about the male part of the flower called the stamen, which is made up of the anther and the filament, and we learnt about the female part of the flower called the carpel, which is made up of the stigma, style and ovary. Can you explain what each part does Class 5?
