Miss Cocker               

 

Welcome to Class 2, my name is Miss Cocker and I’ll be your teacher this year.

 

Throughout the year, you will be exposed to some fantastic new topics that build on your prior knowledge and also new and exciting topics. During your time in Class 2, we look at 3 interesting history topics (The Great Fire of London, The Wright Brothers and Florence Nightingale) and 3 Geography topics (Locational knowledge, Australia and simple geographical observation skills). During every term, there is a new Science topic (Animals including Humans, Living things and their habitats and materials). We also complete an engaging Design and Technology project at the end of every SITE topic building on our prior knowledge. We complete daily Maths, Spelling and English lessons alongside weekly PSHE, RE, Music, Art, PE and French lessons.
