The Bramham Shadwell Federation is seeking to appoint both general and SEND Teaching Assistants at our schools. These rewarding positions are ideal for graduates, NQT's not yet appointed, or anyone seeking to pursue a teaching career in their future.

 

Shadwell Primary

Early years full time Teaching assistant -30 hours per week plus 2 1/2 hours lunchtime cover. This is a temporary maternity cover position, term time only. 

 

Early years part time Teaching Assistant -12 hours per week plus 1 hour lunchtime cover, 2 days.  This is a temporary position, term time only with a strong possibility of being made permanent.

 

Early years full time SEND Teaching Assistant - 28 hours per week, plus 21/2 hours lunch cover.  This is a temporary position, term time only. The successful post holder will work every day in Reception class, providing one to one support for a child, working within our friendly staff team and under the guidance of our class teachers. Training and support will be given as necessary - the most important requirement is a passion for helping children to achieve their full potential.  This rewarding position is ideal for those who are committed to making a difference to our children and Federation.

 

Bramham Primary

Early years full time Teaching assistant -28 hours, 45 minutes per week plus 2 1/2 hours lunchtime cover. This is a temporary position, term time only with a strong possibility of being made permanent. 

 

Year 6 full time SEND Teaching Assistant - 27 hours 35 minutes per week, plus 2 1/2 hours lunchtime cover.  This is a temporary position, term time only until 22nd July 2023.

The successful post holder will work every day in Class 6, providing one to one support for a child, working within our friendly staff team and under the guidance of our class teachers. Training and support will be given as necessary - the most important requirement is a passion for helping children to achieve their full potential.  This rewarding position is ideal for those who are committed to making a difference to our children and Federation. Experience working with children with autism or ADHD would also be beneficial.

The successful candidates will be offered a Federated contract which means that they have the capacity to experience both schools and may be asked to work in either school.
