Our Governing Body believes that effective school governance is at the centre of an effective school and we do all we can to promote and develop our governors through their work across Bramham and Shadwell Primary Schools. We believe it is essential that all new governors receive an induction package featuring training and information on a broad and relevant range of topics about governance and our schools. There is a commitment to ensure that new governors are given the necessary information and support to fulfil their roles with confidence. This process is seen as an investment, leading to more effective governance and retention of governors.
