Reception meet their new buddies!
The buddy system is something we have always been very proud of in our Federation. It is an excellent way to help our newest school family members feel settled and welcome in our school. The eldest members of our school (Year 6) are buddied up with a reception child. They help and have lots of fun and make lots of new friends along the way.
We were thrilled to see the return of the buddy system this year! Children met their new buddies on Thursday and had some time playing together. We cannot wait to see these special friendships blossom this year!
