Digging back in time...
Class 4 have left the year 2021 behind (wouldn't that be great!?) and transported themselves back to the AD 987.
Using the outdoor classroom, they began to do an archaeological dig to find artefacts from the Viking era. Once found, they were able to explore their uses and discuss who might have used them? There was some great discussion around this and how we still use these items today.
