To enhance our learning in RE, Reverend Anslow kindly welcomed us to All Saint's Parish church for a mock Christening service.

The children chose to name the baby doll Rosie, after the Yorkshire rose flower. We chose parents, Godparents and Grandparents for the baby. We all wore our special clothes and prepared some super questions to ask Reverend Anslow.

The children were shown around the church and took part in a christening service for the baby. The children behaved beautifully and enjoyed a little party before doing some fantastic recount writing about Baby Rosie's special day.
