Debating!
Class 5 have come to the end of two fantastic debating topics. The children have thoroughly enjoyed it and produced some fantastic arguments to why the rainforest should be saved. The have promoted their arguments with determination and confidence in front of the whole class! They have worked on expression, tone of voice and how they speak in front of an audience. Everyone has done so well and I know that Class 5 are extrememly proud of themselves.
We are now preparing for the Leeds Debating Competition where the children are opposing the motion that mobile phones should be allowed in school.
