Over the last couple of weeks we have been working hard on getting to grips with column addition and subtraction . We have used our understanding of number to help us add and subtract three digit numbers. Using apparatus helped us to see how we might need to rename columns. We all worked brilliantly with our maths partners, using discussion to help build our ideas of this area of maths.
