Class Three have been working on adding and subtracting mentally using their knowledge of number facts. They were given the exciting task of making a shape by working out the calculations. A really lovely lesson with some excellent teamwork.

Class Three have been exploring the text of Tin Forest. Yesterday, they were given the task of retelling the story. It was brilliant to see how much the children had absorbed from the text.

Class Three had a fabulous french lesson today. We learnt how to say, write and read our french numbers to ten. We completed lots of games (even outside) to consolidate our learning.

Class Three had a lovely science lesson yesterday investigating how friction affects the movement of an object on different surfaces around the school. It was brilliant to see how sensible the children were when investigating.
